These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the NeoTutor mobile application (package com.neotutor, "the App", "we", "us", or "our"), operated by Bhavdip Dhameliya ("the Developer"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the App. If you are under the age of majority, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes, subject to these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the App except as permitted by law.
NeoTutor uses artificial intelligence to generate answers, summaries, and other content. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading. It is provided for learning and informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional advice (including academic, medical, legal, or financial advice). Always verify important information independently.
You agree not to use the App to:
You retain ownership of the text, images, audio, and other content you submit ("Your Content"). By submitting Your Content, you grant us a limited license to process it solely to operate the App's features (for example, sending it to our AI providers to generate a response). You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to submit Your Content. See our Privacy Policy for how data is handled.
The App may include a virtual "coin" system, daily rewards, and rewarded advertisements. Coins and other virtual items have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are non-transferable. We may adjust, expire, or discontinue virtual items and their earning or spending rules at any time.
The App may offer optional premium features or subscriptions purchased through the Google Play Store. All payments are processed by Google Play and are subject to Google's terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your Google Play account. Refunds are handled according to Google Play's refund policy.
The App may display third-party advertisements (via Google AdMob) to support the free service. Your interactions with ads and advertisers are governed by their own terms and policies.
The App, including its design, features, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the App — including reliance on AI-generated content. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the App. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of India.
